At Tavla Club we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

Account data (email, username), gameplay data (rating/ELO, match and tournament history, Crystal transactions), technical data (device type, app version). If you choose physical prize delivery, your name, phone and address are collected with separate explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing

Creating and managing your account, providing the game and matchmaking service, operating the ranking/reward system, security and anti-cheat, and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. It may be shared only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (servers, payment/subscription) and with competent authorities where legally required.

5. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Using "Delete Account" in the App permanently deletes all your data (including profile and Crystal history).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, and request remedy of damages regarding your personal data. Use the contact address for any request.

7. Children

The App is intended for ages 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12.

8. Payments

Premium subscription payments are processed through the App Store / Google Play; your card details are never seen or stored by the App. There are no Crystal sales.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; significant changes will be announced within the App.
