Terms of Use

By using Tavla Club you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

Tavla Club provides a premium online backgammon experience: play vs AI, real-time online matchmaking, tournaments and a prize store. The service is provided "as is".

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. The service is not for anyone under 12. Cheating, bots, multi-account abuse and any behavior that harms other users' experience are prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Premium Subscription

Premium membership is a recurring subscription processed via the App Store / Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your store account. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

4. Crystal System (Important)

Crystals are not for sale. They are earned only through in-game achievement, daily login and events.
Crystals are a virtual reward unit; they are not convertible to cash, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Crystals can only be exchanged for goods/coupons in the in-game prize store.
Winning is purely skill-based; there is no element of chance or wagering. The service is not gambling.

5. Tournaments and Prizes

Tournament entry is free for Premium members; non-Premium users have a limited number of free entries per day. Prizes are fixed by the platform and are not funded from a pool of participants' contributions. Prize delivery is subject to available stock and delivery conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, artwork, branding and software in the App belong to Tavla Club. They may not be copied, distributed or reverse-engineered without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss or indirect damages.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate your account upon violation. Significant changes will be announced within the App.
